Buku Sayisa Wate is situated at 2,150–2,350 metres. The coffee cherries undergo quality checks before being pulped using a water-efficient Penagos Ecopulper (with integrated mucilage removal). Following overnight soaking, the beans are transferred to raised beds. During peak sunlight hours, the beds are shaded to prevent direct exposure. Four daily turnings guarantee even drying until the beans reach 11.5% moisture content, after which they are stored.

The cup reveals delicate jasmine, apricot, and black tea.
