Refund policy
noc does not accept refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or refunds on all coffee products due to its perishable nature. If you have any questions regarding our coffee, please contact us at eshop@noc.coffee, our team at the Roastery are more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.
Damaged / Defective items:
We gladly accept returns or exchange on defective items. We will not accept any exchanges without written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at eshop@noc.coffee with the order confirmation email, contact information, a short description of the defective problem and photograph of the defective item. We will contact you with information on how we will process your return. However, we will not refund the original shipping fees of your order.
Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local post office and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 7 - 10 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.
noc reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
