Located in the Mantiqueira Mountains, the farm, Sitio Cachoeirinha, has been carefully taken care by Cleber Tiago Silva. 

Cleber will dry the whole, freshly harvested coffee cherry - including the pulp, mucilage, and husk which allows some fermentation to occur. Giving these natural coffee their well-known sweet and fruity flavour profile. 

This cup delivers a taste experience with hints of cinnamon roll, nutmeg, and red fruit.
