Five years ago, Nestor and Adrian Lasso took over their family farm, shifting from traditional coffee cultivation to specialty coffee experimentation. Now, at ages 22 and 24, they have partnered with fellow coffee farmer Jhoan Vergara to create El Diviso, uniting their farms—El Diviso and Las Flores—near Pitalito in Colombia's Huila region. This collaboration enhances their expertise and elevates quality.

The coffee cherries are uniquely elongated with a distinctive belly button shape, known locally as Ombligón. This coffee delights the palate with notes of sugary lemon, mango candy, and a syrupy finish.
