Colombia Finca Monteverde | Filter 200g

Finca Monteverde is located in southern Tolima, Colombia. The farm predominantly grows Caturra and Castillo coffee varieties, their special variety: Geisha. Cold water cools the coffee mass during fermentation, creating white foam with natural coffee yeast. This yeast is retained for aerobic processing before the coffee is dried.

The cup presents flavours of  gummy candy aroma, stone fruit, and genmaicha.
