Finca Santa Mónica is owned by Jairo Arcila, a third-generation coffee grower in Quindio, Colombia, who purchased it in 2002. He replanted the farm with Costa Rica-95 and Castillo, which are varieties resistant to coffee leaf rust (CLR), a common threat to production in the region.

The coffee underwent a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on, during which lulo was added. The cherries were then pulped and dried on raised beds until they reached the ideal moisture content.

In the cup, you'll find vibrant notes of candied berries, sangria, and juicy freshness.
