Nestled in the Central Mountain Range at 1,600 to 1,850 meters, Quebraditas Coffee Farm spans 18 hectares, with 10 hectares to traditional Caturra and Colombia varieties.

Through an exacting process - including thermal shock at 45°C and anaerobic fermentation with Bourbon Sidra and Pink Bourbon pulp - they craft coffees bursting with floral, tropical fruit and strawberry sorbet notes.
