Wilmer Cuellar, a third-generation coffee farmer deeply rooted in coffee culture since childhood, realised his dream by founding the 'Aroma Estrella' cooperative. They have improved harvesting, processing, and drying techniques while diversifying with high-quality coffee varieties.

The cooperative selectively picks the papayo beans, anaerobically ferments them for 70 hours, barrel-washes them, and dries them under ventilated canopies for 15 days.

In the cup, expect flavours of blood orange, purple grape, and a syrupy mouthfeel.
