Nestled high in Ethiopia's mountains at over 2,300 metres, Gonjobe coffee is a rare treasure born from challenging growing conditions that make every harvest an achievement. The cherries undergo a meticulous four-stage process: selective picking of only the ripest fruit, followed by 96 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks. They are then shade-dried on raised beds for 18-23 days until reaching the ideal moisture content before final hulling.

The cup reveals vibrant notes of mixed berries, juicy fruits, and tropical flavours.
