Ethiopia Duwancho G1 | Filter 200g
2025 TOH #3 Honey Arabica
Grown in the elevated village of Duwancho (Arbegona region) at 2,230–2,320 metres, the coffee benefits from an exceptional microclimate, receiving 1,601–2,400 meters annual rainfall. This perfect combination of extreme altitude and abundant precipitation creates Ethiopia’s ideal coffee-growing conditions.
The beans undergo meticulous red honey processing: selective hand-picking of ripe cherries, followed by depulping, 12 hours of controlled mucilage fermentation, 15 days of careful shade-drying on raised beds, and final hulling at optimal moisture content. This precise method results in a coffee that truly represents the pinnacle of Ethiopian processing craftsmanship.
The cup offers a taste experience of floral notes, kumquat, and yuzu tea.
