Guatemala La Colina is the first recorded coffee estate in this region of Jalapa, with an impressive history spanning over 80 years. Located in a 1,650-meter forest, it experiences a year-round temperature range of 15 - 32°C. The plentiful rainfall nurtures the growth of coffee trees, while the hot and sunny dry season provides ideal conditions for harvesting.

This 2023 COE winning lot #4 delights with notes of citrus acidity, dried date, with a black tea finish.
