Frinsa Estate is situated at an elevation of 1400 meters above sea level in Indonesia. From the time of harvest to the moment of shipment, with the use of their well-equipped wet mill and ventilated dry mill, they carefully control the journey of their coffee beans.
These coffee beans undergo a 12-day anaerobic cherry fermentation facilitated by Lactobacillus, a probiotic bacterium that refines the fermentation and results in a more aromatic cup.
This process allows for a flavour of slightly fermented coffee with notes of cherry and ripe grape.
