Alongside four other factories, Kangurumai maintains meticulous quality control practices and ensures fair wages for farmers through a dedicated committee. They process coffee from 250 trees on half-acre plots, employing careful sorting and washing techniques to produce the distinctive Kenyan flavour profile.
